Vice President, President, Community Management Division

Bob leads Vesta’s statewide Community Management Division. Bob brings over 20 years of senior-level leadership and management experience from a Fortune 100 company and several mid-sized companies. In addition to his community management expertise, Bob worked for over 10 years for two large Florida developers in operational leadership roles. Bob was responsible for representing the developer on dozens of association boards, as well as profit and loss accountability for residential sales, new home construction, and amenities management for some of the largest and most prestigious master planned communities on the west coast of Florida.
